MISSION: Faith Christian School is a college preparatory school that exists to help Christian parents disciple their Christian children.

BIBLICAL WORLDVIEW: Core subjects at FCS and public schools are the same; the difference is the worldview. If your children are being taught “facts” that are in opposition to God’s Word, are they learning truth?  Jesus said, “I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life” (John 14:6).

ACADEMICS: FCS requires Bible courses every year that teach the Word of God in depth.Special Areas/Electives include art, drama, library, music, P.E., and weekly Chapel. High school honor courses are available in, Math, Science, English, History, and Foreign Language. Our High school  building has three separate lab facilities for Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. Our curriculum includes: ABeka, ACSI, BJ Press, etc. We are SCISA accredited and a member of ACSI.

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS:Students are required to earn 24 credits, including one unit of Bible per year at FCS. FCS issues SCISA College Preparatory diplomas. The SC Uniform grading scale is use to determine GPA values. Students must attend FCS for their Junior and Senior years to be eligible for school academic honors and class ranking.

SCISA AA SPORTS:

Girls: Cheerleading, Swimming, Volleyball, Basketball & Softball

Boys: Football, Swimming,  Basketball  & Baseball

TECHNOLOGY:

• Computer Lab grades K5-8^th

• Mobile Laptop Station grades 8^th-12^th

• Three Science Labs used by 7^th-12^th

SCHOLARSHIP FUND: FCS uses a third party income verification system to offer tuition discounts up to 50%.

FUNDRAISING: FCS does not use its students to raise money for the general school budget!

UNIFORM CODE: 1^st – 12^th graders are required to wear the uniform that is specified in the handbook.

LUNCH FACILITIES: FCS has a cafeteria. Students may bring or purchase lunch.

TRANSPORTATION: FCS does not offer transportation service to and from school. The school does have buses for field trips and athletics.
