Admissions
Faith Christian School is a college preparatory school that exists to help Christian parents disciple their Christian children. Core subjects at FCS and public schools are the same; the difference is the worldview. If your children are being taught “facts” that are in opposition to God’s Word, are they learning truth? Jesus said, ” I am the Way, the Truth and the Life” (John 14:6)
FCS required Bible courses every year that teach the Word of God in Depth. Special Areas/Electives include art, drama, library, music, P.E and weekly Chapel. Honor tracks begin in Math in 7th grade, Science in 8th grade and English in 9th grade. Our Senior High building has three separate lab facilities for Biology, Chemistry and Physics, also a mobile laptop station. Our Curriculum includes A Beka, ACSI, BJ Press, etc.
Students are required to earn 24 credits, including one unit of Bible per year at FCS. FCS issues SCISA College preparatory diplomas. The SC Uniform grading scale is used to determine GPA levels. Students must attend FCS for their Junior and Senior years to be eligible for school academic honors and class ranking.
